North Village- Scheduled Inspections

You've probably seen these flyers hanging up around North Village; this is just a friendly reminder that a Maintenance Staff member (not CA's) will be walking through your apartment sometime over the next 4 days.  If you have any wall or door damages make sure they are visible so Maintenance can fix them while walking through.

Also, If you have any other Maintenance issues be sure to fill out a Maintenance request!
Here's the link!

Is social media impacting your relationships?

If you're like me, you are constantly checking your e-mail, updating your twitter, or uploading pictures on Facebook.  It's so easy to get bogged down by all of our social networking sites that we forget to actually live! This is just a reality check- a time to really analyze how you're using your social media connections, and whether they are affecting you for the better or the worse.

Bike Rack under the Stairwell :(

If you moved the bike rack under the stairwell next to apartments 107 & 108 I need you to move it back to the gravel before FRIDAY MORNING!  It's a fire safety hazard, and if it isn't moved I'll have to call FUPO- no fun.  So, grab a few friends, and slide the bike rack back outside.  Thanks so much for your cooperation & understanding!

P.S.  Look! The bikes are outside, where they belong!  Let's make this happen!

Just in case you haven't seen the flyers posted around our building, here is a sneak preview of a few of them.  Hopefully you'll learn something new and beneficial!
Did You Know?
The most beneficial power nap only lasts 30 minutes!
*Longer naps can make you groggy, but 30- minute naps can rejuvenate you for the rest of the day!  Optimal nap time: between 1:00-4:00 P.M.*

Did You Know?
Drinking more than 300 mg of caffeine   (aka 3 cups of coffee) in a row can result in caffeine intoxication!
*Don’t cut caffeine out all together, just be conscious of how much you are consuming.*

Welcome to H!

Dear New H Residents,

Welcome back to campus!  I hope that you are just as excited to be back as I am!  Although this past summer was great, nothing can compare to how excited I am for the upcoming school year.  I look forward to getting to know each of you very soon, but for now focus on getting settled in your new apartment.  If you have any questions, comments, or concerns in the meantime please feel free to contact me or stop by my apartment.  My door is always open!
