Just in case you haven't seen the flyers posted around our building, here is a sneak preview of a few of them.  Hopefully you'll learn something new and beneficial!
Did You Know?
The most beneficial power nap only lasts 30 minutes!
*Longer naps can make you groggy, but 30- minute naps can rejuvenate you for the rest of the day!  Optimal nap time: between 1:00-4:00 P.M.*


Did You Know?
Drinking more than 300 mg of caffeine   (aka 3 cups of coffee) in a row can result in caffeine intoxication! 
*Don’t cut caffeine out all together, just be conscious of how much you are consuming.*
